Every day 3 billion cups of tea are consumed around the world, but what tea do you drink? Black tea with a drop of milk? Or have you joined one of the newest health trends of drinking green tea?Some people have started drinking it because they have heard it is good for you.
And they are right. Research is still in its infancy, but already scientists say drinking green tea could help such things as diabetes, cholesterol, weight loss and even cancer.
